You will develop accurate bids and support design-build efforts in partnership with internal teams, then transition into overseeing project execution — managing schedules, budgets, and field crews from award through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate commercial electrical estimates and bidsSupport design-build projects in collaboration with internal teamsManage awarded projects through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, and crewsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsCreate and track project budgets and cost reportsComplete timesheets and log materials dailyCoordinate with field staff and subcontractors to maintain project timelinesRequirementsMinimum 4 years of electrical installation experienceFamiliarity with the NEC and applicable local codesStrong knowledge of the means and methods of electrical installationsProficiency with estimating and project management software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)Ability to create, track, and report on project budgetsStrong computer skills, including MS OfficeValid driver's license and reliable transportationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $90,000 – $150,000 depending on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPaid time off and paid holidaysPotential performance bonusesMonday–Friday schedule, office-based role
