Project Manager (Part-time) Central Europe

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Project Manager with a strong focus on execution, delivery, and getting things done.

You will drive initiatives across data, analytics, and technology teams in an agile delivery model, ensuring priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and teams maintain momentum from planning through execution.

The role requires someone who can translate goals into actionable plans, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, remove blockers, and create transparency around progress, risks, and outcomes.

You will work closely with product owners, engineers, data specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that valuable solutions are delivered predictably and iteratively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive end-to-end execution of Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Establish clear plans, milestones, priorities, and ownership.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers that impact delivery.
• Facilitate agile planning, follow-up, and delivery ceremonies where needed based in Jira.
• Maintain transparency on progress, risks, capacity, and commitments.
• Keep teams focused on outcomes while adapting plans as priorities change.
• Ensure decisions are followed through, and actions are completed.

We are looking for someone pragmatic, structured, and delivery-focused who is comfortable working in a complex environment and knows how to create momentum without adding unnecessary process.
