Project ManagerDuration: 12+ months Location: hybrid onsite in Parsippany, NJProject: They will be working with a vendor to upgrade EBS in the WHR AWS cloud from the current version of EBS application to 11.2.12 with 19C database upgrade• Need someone within the financial system, experience with complex, high volume projectsProject: Upgrading Oracle EBS application, moving to the cloud. This project will be 50% of their workload• Excellent leadership/soft skillsJob Description:Hands-on manage projects with budgets of $5M+Independently starts, delivers, and closes projects while working with the business and technical teamsIndependently works with finance, legal, marketing etc.Excels at managing 1 or more projects at a timeWorks cross functionally with the digital and marketing teamsRequired Skills:Proficient with developing/executing project plans, status reports, creating/updating project financials, maintaining budget/timeline, ability to independently identify and manage risks/issues to closureStrong MS Office capabilities (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)Ability to independently create presentations for leadership and walk them through project specificsMust have excellent written and verbal communication – comfortable being the face to the businessSpecialty skillsets such as EBS, Data, Salesforce, Digital, etc.Minimum 15+ years' experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environmentExperience in the Travel and Hospitality Industries
