We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Land Development to join a growing Civil Engineering team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineering professional with experience in land development, site design, drainage, stormwater, permitting, and project coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate civil engineering & land development projects
• Review preliminary and final site plans and construction documents
• Support hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, and stormwater studies
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation
• Support permitting and regulatory submissions
• Provide construction-related engineering support
• Prepare/review quantity estimates
• Coordinate with clients, production teams, and project stakeholders
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff
• Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
🔹 Ideal Candidate
• Civil engineering and land development experience
• Strong understanding of site development principles
• Experience with site plans and construction documents
• Knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, drainage & stormwater systems
• Experience with permitting and construction support
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
