Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager to support the development and pre-construction planning of multiple renewable energy projects across the United States and Canada. You’ll coordinate internal teams and external partners to move projects from early development through an executable construction plan and handoff.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to keep resources, priorities, and schedules aligned.
• Work with environmental, regulatory, land, interconnection, and permitting stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Develop project scopes and evaluate technical, commercial, and financial considerations to improve project feasibility.
• Support project development and commercial negotiations with utilities, offtakers, and other partners.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction planning activities.
• Provide technical and market information to support project designs, cost estimates, and financial models.
• Present project economics for budget review and manage updates through approval.
• Source, negotiate, and execute contracts for services such as surveying, geotechnical work, engineering, and construction.
• Track project data, deliverables, schedules, and key performance indicators using project management and reporting tools.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership, suppliers, agencies, communities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare projects for a smooth transition to the construction team, with a complete and executable plan.
• Contribute to process improvements that support efficient growth.

This role manages a portfolio of projects at different stages, rather than a single project. Occasional travel is required to visit project sites and support public meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with renewable energy project development, engineering, or construction is preferred.
• A degree in engineering, construction management, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Experience with electricity markets and renewable energy technologies is an advantage.
