Project Manager, Owners Rep

Our client, a leading commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Managerto oversee complex projects from design and preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects from design, permitting, and bidding through construction.
• Own project schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, risks, and resources.
• Review plans and consultant deliverables for coordination and constructability.
• Lead clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage change orders, schedule impacts, and project issues.
• Lead productive meetings and drive clear decisions and accountability.
• Build strong client and project-partner relationships.
• Resolve technical and interpersonal challenges while maintaining project momentum.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, development, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
