The Position: The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU’LL DOOwn end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projectsDrive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiencyCoordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locationsDevelop standardized implementation plansPartner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignmentIdentify operational risks and mitigation strategiesMonitor project performance and milestone achievementEnsure measurable operational outcomes are achievedDeliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectivesDrive execution across functions, not just technical solutioningOther duties as assigned.QualificationsYOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related fieldExperience:8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadershipExperience leading plant-level or multi-site initiativesStrong understanding of manufacturing processesProven ability to manage complex operational projectsLean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferredExperience in automation deployment preferredExperience in production system optimization preferredTravel: Up to 50% PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Office and plant environment.Keyboarding, lifting, standing, bending, walking.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ABOUT GREAT DANEWith a history dating back to 1900, Great Dane has established itself as a transportation solutions leader of today – delivering innovative products and exceptional services that help our customers and employees succeed.
