Project Manager –US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
What You’ll Deliver
- Provide owner-side oversight of Core, Shell & Architectural construction activities.
- Monitor contractor performance, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other technical construction documentation.
- Evaluate field issues and help coordinate the appropriate parties to drive issues to resolution.
- Review and provide technical/commercial feedback on change orders.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in construction management or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
