Our team consists of high-performing, metrics-driven A-Players who are committed to exceeding client and internal expectations.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Working with technology managers to support the execution and implementation of project plans to transition business processes offshoreLeading outsourcing transitions across multiple waves managing both vendor and TIAA staff through successful transitionsProviding clear, concise and accurate senior management updatesEnsuring compliance with TIAA CREF Operational Risk requirements throughout the project lifecycleEnsuring that best practices are leveraged across the teams and that service delivery performance is closely monitored through transition and issues dealt with within the stream or escalated to senior managementEnsuring overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channelsCoordinate and work closely with the TIAA CREF sourcing and vendor management teamsAssisting in formulation of the service level targets with proper project governance (both Transition and Steady State projects), risk management, deliverables tracking and financial management across multiple work streamsCandidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years of Transition Management experienceSound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailOperating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situationsFlexibility in working hoursSelf-organized and structuredAbility to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver resultsBachelor's DegreeAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
