Project ManagerA California-based design firm that provides a wide range of architectural, interior, and planning services is seeking a Project Manager to help them lead projects throughout all phases including design, documentation, plan check and construction administration at their Oakland, CA office.Your day includes:Oversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administrationManage architectural support team and coordination of consultantsReview design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurancePlay a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetingsDevelop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimatesMust haves:License and degree in Architecture8+ years' experience (with at least 3+ years' experience in similar PM role)Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office productsExperience working on K-12 Education projectsIn addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, we also provide reimbursements for approved professional examinations and professional societies dues.
