Project ManagerA growing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, and overall project execution while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.The ideal candidate has strong experience running projects start to finish and can manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from preconstruction through final closeoutReview contracts, bid documents, and scope requirementsDevelop and maintain project schedules and timelinesLead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and managementManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentationPrepare and track project billing and schedule of valuesMonitor job costs, budgets, and overall financial performanceConduct site visits and coordinate with field teamsReview project schedules and address delays or impactsTrack milestones and ensure timely project deliveryMaintain organized project documentation and recordsManage project closeout including O&Ms, warranties, and as-builtsRequirements5–10 years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience managing projects from start to finishStrong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost controlAbility to manage subcontractors and multiple projectsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, and similar toolsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOStable project pipeline with long-term growth
