Job Details

Major Responsibilities

• Review contracts, bid documents, and project scope; identify deadlines, risks, and key deliverables.


• Develop preconstruction schedules, labor/material codes, billing schedules, and project budgets.


• Manage subcontractor and consultant selection, procurement, purchase orders, and material/equipment quotes.


• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and schedule impacts.


• Conduct regular site visits and preconstruction/startup meetings to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.


• Manage monthly billing, project costs, cash flow, and change management to maintain project profitability.


• Track milestones, identify potential delays or claims, and develop solutions to mitigate project risks.


• Maintain accurate project records and coordinate warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts, and final closeout documentation.


• Communicate project status, design issues, delays, cost concerns, and other risks to leadership and project stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant construction/project management experience


• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred
