Project Manager
Location: Oak Creek, WI
Work Arrangement: Onsite
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to support a healthcare technology and security solutions organization in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This company provides RFID safety and security systems, real-time location services, wireless communication solutions, and other technologies used by healthcare facilities across the country.
In this role, you will manage multiple customer-facing projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate across internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders to make sure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with expectations.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Manage several projects that may be in different stages of execution
- Coordinate activities across internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and scope changes
- Identify potential roadblocks and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them
- Communicate project status, priorities, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor project financials and help prevent or address cost overruns
- Prepare and deliver recurring project status reports
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations
- Lead project closeout activities and document lessons learned
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 2 or more years of project management experience
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience creating project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Experience tracking project status, risks, milestones, and deliverables
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, evaluate risks, and adjust project plans as needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Ability to work onsite in Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP certification
- Experience in healthcare technology, wireless communications, security systems, RFID, RTLS, or a related industry
- Experience supporting customer-facing technical projects
