Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a team responsible for supporting enterprise corporate platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology-focused PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization. MUST BE LOCATED NEAR OAK BROOK, IL. 3 DAYS ON SITE.

- ServiceNow
- HR Systems
- Legal Systems
- Communications Systems
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, architects, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and communications.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP certification required.
- Proven experience managing technology-focused projects in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or HR Systems.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Background supporting corporate business functions such as HR, Legal, or Communications.
- Utility industry experience is welcome but not required.
