Construction Project Manager – Ground-Up & Interior Renovation ProjectsOur client, a highly respected and growing construction management/general contracting firm, is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects throughout Westchester County and the NYC 5 Boroughs.This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience managing ground-up construction and/or interior renovation projects across sectors such as commercial office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, and corporate interiors. The company offers long-term growth, a collaborative team environment, and a steady pipeline of active projects throughout the region.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from pre-construction through closeoutOversee all aspects of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project executionLead day-to-day communication with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teamsReview and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentationCoordinate with Superintendents to ensure project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations are maintainedTrack project costs and maintain budget control throughout all phasesConduct regular project meetings and provide detailed progress updates to stakeholdersEnsure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsIdentify and proactively resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost impactsMaintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycleQualificationsMinimum 5–10+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industryProven experience managing:Ground-up construction projectsInterior renovation / fit-out projectsCommercial, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, or corporate interiors projectsStrong knowledge of NYC and Westchester construction processes and regulationsProcore proficiency is requiredExperience with project scheduling, budgeting, buyouts, and subcontractor managementAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project sequencingBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredIf you are an experienced Construction Project Manager seeking a long-term opportunity with a well-established and growing construction firm, we encourage you to apply.
