HVAC Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the project management process, as well as experience in the HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fields.Responsibilities:Develop project plans and timelinesManage budgets and resourcesCoordinate with stakeholders and team membersResolve project issues and conflictsTrack project progress and deliverablesEnsure that projects are completed on time and within budgetTravel is required Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs: Long Island and/or Westchester CountyTravel allowance providedQualifications:3-5 years of experience in project managementCommercial HVAC and Mechanical experience REQUIREDProficiency in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsExperience with multimillion-dollar projectsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly motivatedMust be authorized to work in the USAMust have OSHA 30 (minimum)Must have NYC SST 62 (or the ability to obtain certification prior to start date)Strong benefits & comp Salary commensurate with experience
