Project Manager - NuclearWe're looking for a Project Manager – Nuclear on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). You will manage the completion of projects that support nuclear goals. Employees in this role will lead and support projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe.
Individuals maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, and control costs to budget. This position is located at the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Florida.Key Responsibilities:Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule dateCreate plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and report to communicate project deliverables and status of completionCoordinate engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project goalsLead and coaches schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significanceManage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasksQualifications:Must have experience in P-6, NEO and excel skills.You will be require travel to the other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.The specific projects are:1 for Integrated reactor head Replacement1 for the Turbine Gantry Crane full replacements – Both units will be replaced starting with U-1, they will be working both just at different stages in the process1 for Condenser replacements – replacing both will work both just at different stages – This position we are looking to see who is available with condenser replacement experience.Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
