On C2CClient - CaterpillarVisa - No Visa RestrictionsJob Description:You will lead and collaborate with internal teams and/or vendors to successfully design, plan and execute propriety events, third-party conferences and sponsorships while ensuring consistent brand and event standards. You will ensure all event components are impactful, follow guidelines to showcase thought leadership in an integrated marketing approach across channels. You will collaborate with sales to identify key themes, goals and messaging for each event.
Build project plans, lead planning calls, and coordinate with all business partners to meet deliverables. Provide strategic, innovative thinking to "connect the dots" around key event components including presenters, brand message, locations and overall attendee experience. Help manage/oversee all presenters for events and conference participation -- including coordinating speaker requests, consulting on presentation content/creation and coordinating speaker prep to ensure alignment with messaging and goals. Diligently track budgets/spend to ensure events and conferences are within designated budget amounts and industry spending limits.
Dedicated to measuring return on investment for all programs and provide analysis reporting.Must-Haves:Ability to multitask, juggle, prioritize and balance competing goals and projects.Expertise with events and/or marketing, ideally within the financial services industryRequired Software Skills:Excel, PPT, WordNice to Have:CVENT and SalesForce experienceRequired Background:Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years of event marketing and/or marketing communications experienceRole Support:They will handle program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration/invitation copy/promotions, event logistics and sales communications. They will support industry conference deliverables through booth coordination and premiums. We would like this candidate to be located in the Boston or NYC area only.Contract Duration:1 year and yesTraining and Expectations:Half Day training on day 1 and will meet with each team member to learn a specific function.
Will also meet with their manager for an hour each day for the fist week.Day to Day:Will program manage conferences and events.
