Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital, with attention to detail equally important.The Project Manager will provide overall leadership direction to a project, including the management of project quality, timeliness, and safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.Current Locations: HQ Office Location in Newnan, GA with project locations throughout the Southeastern U.S.ResponsibilitiesManage the overall financial health of projectsSupport and potentially lead EPC contract negotiations with customers, including assembly of technical exhibits and project schedulesLeading vendor procurement and bid/award phase for all major subs and suppliers.Develop and maintain project financial projections and equipment projections, determine cost codes, and approve invoicesDetermine and allocate project estimates into the financial systemProvide financial and billings to accounting for timely paymentCreate monthly owner billingsManage and develop Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s), approve timecards, provide feedback and coachingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experienceMinimum six years of experienceExperience with large self-perform grading and underground pipe projects preferredSupervisory and leadership experience preferredPreference for candidates with experience in one or more of the following markets: Data Centers, Commercial & Industrial, Renewable Energy, ResidentialSite Development for Private customers - experienced strongly preferredProven ability to assist with all responsibilities for large site projectsDetail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple projectsPossess a basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practicesMicrosoft Office, Project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate levelCurrent driver's licenseTravel as neededBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
