We're Hiring: Project Manager – New Product Development
Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about bringing innovative products from concept to launch? Client is looking for a skilled professional to lead engineering-focused product development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead planning and execution of new product development, product introduction, and co-developed product projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
- Apply Agile methodologies and proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Typically 8 years of related project management experience.
- Experience managing projects in an engineering-focused product development or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, stage-gate processes, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Available to work hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
