My client is looking for a Commercial Drywall Project Manager .
Compensation
- Base salary of $90K to $135K, based on experience
- Employee-owned (ESOP) company . Share allocation is based on tenure and compensation level, with a 3-year vesting cliff
- 401k with company match of 50% on the first 7% you contribute
- You can contribute right away and become eligible for the match after 1,000 hours of service in a plan year
Requirements
- Experience managing commercial drywall projects
- Strong background in submittals, RFIs, change orders, and budgets
- Ability to manage schedules, subs, and field crews
- Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software is a plus
- Willing to work on-site
