Project Manager

An established commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects ranging from $400K to $20M.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and relationships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Oversee change orders, cost control, and risk management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve project performance and support future business growth.
