PROJECT MANAGER ( MUST have Reinsurance experience)

Project ManagerClient Name: SCORLocation: Kansas City Kansas / Charlotte NCDuration: 10 monthsIMP note: Please do not submit any resume without Reinsurance experience.Must have skills: • 12-13+ years project management experience in executing IT related projects • Must have at least 5 years of scrum management experience in an agile environment • 4+ years experience with Reinsurance experience • Demonstrated ability to identify, quantify & analyze problems, relate them to the big picture, draw conclusions, recommend & implement viable, measurable solutions • Strong presentation skills (ability to create presentations with clear message, storyboarding skills, slide-writing skills and delivery) • Strong supervisory and matrix management skills and ability to oversee tasks delegated to others • Availability to work additional hours to meet challenging deadlines and collaborate with foreign offices. Regular attendance is a minimum requirement of this roleMajor Responsibilities (Essential Functions): • Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects • Manages scope, reviews deliverables and mitigates risk across projects • Review and propose task prioritization and resources allocation • Works effectively (and helps others to work effectively) and oversees team of individuals from cross functional teams, as well as vendors to accomplish project/program outcomes • Organize and prepare committees • Develops solution analysis and presentations to senior management • Works effectively with others, regardless of authority relationships, in order to get work done, solve problems and continuously improve quality.
