Project Manager (PM)Position: Project Manager (PM)Department: Account ServicesThe PM is responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day, tactical implementation of projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:Directing the implementation approach within the Account team, Clinical Services, and shared serviceEnsuring deliverables are met and timelines areDemonstrating strong skills in organization, time management, communication (both written and verbal), and multitasking.Proactively driving projectAdditional responsibilities include:Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Account Manager (AM) or Account Director (AD).Working independently on various projects with minimalAnticipating needs and respondingActing as the AM/AD's "right hand" on client calls to ensure projectCore Areas of ResponsibilityBusiness Knowledge/Operational Practices:Basic working knowledge of the therapeutic area andUnderstand the medical education and pharmaceuticalSupport and draft submissions for the AM/AD with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR)Manage virtual platforms and organize folders/files on the agencyDrive the consultant/speaker contract process and adhere to agency standard operatingConduct research and liaise with congress and association leadership for sponsorshipCoordinate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure timely delivery ofProvide mentorship and training opportunities to PC/SPC.Work on a variety of project types, ensuring adaptability and comprehensive projectPerform other related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organizationIndividual Effectiveness/Job Knowledge:Ability to be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimalUnderstand project deliverables and the necessary support/skills for flawlessDevelop project timelines and collaborating with Meeting Operations for registration sites andFacilitate HCP payments, state reporting, and managing the debarmentPrepare and ship materials to meeting sites and support client statusCommunication:Consistently provide clear and effective communication across internal teams and with external vendors.Develop materials and communications with meticulous attention toManage HCP communications and review PCCo-lead kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-meetingPrepare and distribute weekly status reports and meetingLead internal statusMaintain exceptional organization with effective time management and multitaskingConsistently emphasize the importance of adhering to project timelines in com and adapting to client changesPrioritize tasks based on client direction andCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to manage deadlines andMust be flexible and available to adjust work hours based on workload and clientBudget Management:Obtain vendor quotes and negotiate optimalEnsure vendor quotes are within budget and that final invoices are received in a timelyAssist in managing HCP payments and stateSubmit invoices and job code request forms toRequest reconciliations from Finance and review invoices forQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field isTravel: Ability to travel as business needsStrong organizational, time management, communication (both written and verbal), and multitaskingProactive in driving project completion and ensuring deliverables are met within timelines andAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
