Senior ManagerResponsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Lead and manage projects from initiation through closing. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve. Evaluate existing process and proposed enhancement with as it and to be process maps. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements for proposed solution. Manage execution of requirement, development and testing phases in Software Development Life cycle (SDLC). Partake in gap analysis, solution design, process enhancement and optimization.
Help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities. Monitor project progress and manage any issues that arise. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Involve in testing related processes including test case design, execution and tracking. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
