Project Manager

The Project Manager I is responsible for managing the daily operations of smaller commercial construction projects or supporting larger projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

Essential Functions

• Manage daily construction operations on smaller projects – people, tools, equipment, materials, and internal services for each project.
• Assists with Pre-Construction Services to prepare, review, and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in assigned projects.
• Manage construction schedule, RFIs, cost, and document control.
• Assists with creating and managing project budgets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years progressive construction project experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing smaller commercial construction projects or supporting larger ones.
