What You'll Do As a Mitigation Project Manager, you'll serve as the main point of contact for customers while leading crews and subcontractors in the field:Manage residential and commercial mitigation jobs from start to finishOversee multiple fast-moving projects at onceCoordinate technicians, subcontractors, schedulers, and customersExplain scopes, timelines, and industry procedures clearly and professionallyConduct site visits and quality checksMaintain documentation such as drying logs and job recordsEnsure work meets safety, regulatory, and industry standardsKeep job sites clean, organized, and safeControl budgets and drive efficiencyTroubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts quicklyDeliver a calm, confident experience for customers during stressful situationsWhat We're Looking ForIndustry experience is great—but not required.
