Project ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial & industrial projects from planning through completion. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at coordinating field operations, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are executed safely, profitably, and to the highest standards of quality.Responsibilities:Manage multiple structural steel projects simultaneously, from contract award through closeoutReview drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand scope, schedule, and budget requirementsCoordinate with field superintendents and project engineers to ensure materials, equipment, and manpower align with project timelinesPrepare and manage purchase orders, subcontracts, and billing documentationConduct regular project reviews, tracking progress, productivity, and cost performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, fabricators, and field teams to ensure consistent communication and problem resolutionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction; steel erection experience preferredProficient in project management and document control software; experience with Bluebeam and MS Office requiredStrong understanding of construction drawings, budgeting, and scheduling processesExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different locationsWhy Join Our Client: Our client is a well-established steel erection contractor known for safety, quality, and consistent delivery on complex, large-scale projects nationwide.
