Project Manager - MILCONCACI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MILCON Project Manager to provide support at the NSWC Carderock site and coordinate military construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of military construction processes and regulations.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of assigned MILCON projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionCoordinate with military personnel, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are metEnsure compliance with all relevant military regulations, building codes, and safety standardsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plansConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issuesPrepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadershipManage contract administration and change ordersOversee quality control and assurance processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years specifically in MILCON projectsThorough knowledge of military construction processes, regulations, and standardsProficiency in project management software and MS Office SuiteDesired:Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPMP certificationAbility to obtain and maintain necessary DoD Secret ClearanceExperience working for the DoDExperience working at the Carderock siteWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
