This role focuses on planning, coordination, cost control, and ensuring successful project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-ConstructionLead project handoff and review scope, plans, and specificationsIdentify issues, create RFIs, and recommend value engineering solutionsManage submittals, including review of rebar, mix designs, and shop drawingsDevelop schedules, material plans, and pour sequencesCoordinate with Superintendent on equipment, logistics, and timelinesProject ExecutionAttend project meetings and track progressMonitor labor, budget, and schedule performanceManage change orders and coordinate with estimatingCommunicate with clients regarding updates, delays, and issuesCloseoutAnalyze project performance and identify lessons learnedPrepare final reports and secure client sign-offArchive project documentationQualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experienceMust have experience in the concrete industryExperience in construction project coordination or managementStrong knowledge of drawings, scheduling, and cost controlExcellent communication and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and benefitsGrowth opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environment
