Project ManagerWe are seeking a mid-senior level Project Manager with experience in application development projects within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will manage large, complex projects with multiple moving parts, working closely with stakeholders to drive requirements and development. This role involves managing projects across various business areas, including on-ship solutions, e-commerce, mobile applications, and IT finance and HR applications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage large, complex projects with many moving components.Track project financials, including budget creation from scratch, tracking, and forecasting for multiple multi-million dollar projects.Drive project requirements and development processes.Manage backlogs and allocate resources effectively.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.Conduct risk management and escalate high-risk issues as needed.Required QualificationsMid-senior level experience as a Project Manager supporting data warehouse and application development projects in a large-enterprise environment.Technical SkillsExpertise in Agile methodology.Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.Experience working on Application development projectsHeavy IT project backgroundCertificationsPMP certification is strongly preferred.Additional SkillsProactive, driven, and possesses strong communication skills to move projects forward.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the cruise line, hospitality, or travel industry.Scrum Master certification.Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or Daptiv.Why Join UsThis is an opportunity to work on diverse projects across the organization, spanning both infrastructure and application development.
