Hourly Pay range $ 70.50 to $ 89.75 PLUS OVERTIME

PeopleSolutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of complex projects from planning through execution.

If you have experience managing water-treatment or industrial equipment projects and are open to a long-term contract opportunity, I’d like to hear from you.

This is a highly visible role for someone who knows how to keep projects moving — aligning internal teams, contractors, suppliers, budgets, schedules, and client expectations while identifying risks before they become problems.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources
• Lead projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders
• Track progress and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Manage project risks, delays, scope changes, and competing priorities
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients
• Develop and improve project-management processes and documentation
• Lead and coach project teams to ensure successful execution

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience supporting:

• Equipment installation and project execution
• Industrial or process-related capital projects

The ideal candidate combines strong project-management discipline with the ability to work across engineering, operations, vendors, and customers to drive results.
