Position: Project Manager
Location: Mason, OH
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare and Claims Management to lead and deliver complex business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of healthcare claims-related projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery within healthcare and claims environments.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into project plans.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support change management, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in Healthcare and Claims processing systems.
- Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
