Project Manager - Corporate Interiors - Manhattan, NY
Salary: $160,000–$220,000 + benefits + bonus
Allegiance Group is partnering with an established Manhattan based General Contractor to recruit an experienced
Project Manager specialising in corporate interiors and commercial office fit-outs.
Our client has a strong presence in the commercial interiors market, delivering high-quality office fit-outs and corporate spaces.
They are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage corporate interior projects from preconstruction through to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and procurement.
- Coordinate clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Manage bidding, contracts, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Previous experience working for a General Contractor.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement and contract administration.
- Experience delivering projects in NYC is highly desirable.
