Position: Project Manager – Finance Initiatives
Location: Manhattan, NYC.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Finance initiatives, ERP implementations, and process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Finance domain knowledge and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Finance and ERP implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and document workflows and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee testing, risk management, project timelines, and change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in Finance systems or ERP implementations.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Azure DevOps, Visio, Jira, or Confluence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred: PMP, Scrum, or ERP-related certifications.
