Project ManagerConduct/Facilitate discussions with project/support teams to identify risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and execute action plans.Periodically meet with Client business stakeholders to seek feedback on delivery and take actions to improve CSAT.Guide and mentor Scrum teams to ensure team participates and follows best practices in Agile ceremonies such as: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective.Interview, evaluate and select associates for EAS Apps team as per agreed staffing plan.Lead and mentor technical leads and developers.Collaborate with leads/resources across the other towers in Client account to discuss, review, plan and execute dependencies/tasks and resolve impediments.Demonstrate ownership of deliverables committed to customer and do the necessary to succeed.Must have skills:Prior experience in Microsoft Tech Stack, Salesforce, Boomi, and Oracle.Prior experience in Agile methodology, preferably Scrum framework.Prior experience in customer-facing roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
