Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams within Bosch as well as clients and subcontractors to scope, plan and build highly complex projects using the latest technology from the best vendors. Tasked with managing every aspect, from start to finish, of our major projects for new construction, you are responsible for delivering high-quality project results. You will manage the project team as efficiently as possible while representing the company in a professional manner in line with our values of a leadership mindset, people development, team, and client focused.

Past experience managing large, multi-million-dollar projects will be a strong asset for this position. Stakeholder engagement across complex organizations and within Paladin will be an important part of this role as well.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage schedules for on-time delivery, monitor budgets to control costs and maintain financial healthDevelop and manage project plan: includes plans for client communication expectations, project resource requirements and availability, procurement and management of materials and reconciliation, project commissioning, development of risk management and mitigation strategies, scheduling to ensure efficiency, in-depth knowledge and understanding of stakeholders expectations and requirementsProvide accurate financial reports for performance targets to meet the desired profit marginDevelop and maintain long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and business development opportunitiesCreate documentation and ensure it clear, easy to follow, updated as per communication schedule, and accessible to all stakeholdersControl costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processesEffectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications, both formal and informalMaintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concernsDevelop relationships with subcontractors to build a pool of resources; manage selection of subcontracts for projects, where requiredProactively assess risks; ensure a safe and healthy work environmentSupervisor DutiesIn accordance with applicable Company policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, will perform the following supervisory responsibilities: planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration or technical experience all in a security system or a system integration environmentExcellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project softwareAble to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlinesPreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree (2 year) or bachelor's degree (4 year) in a technical capacityProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationProfessional Engineering designationPhysical DemandsIn general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Must be able to effectively communicate in English, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customersManual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipmentSitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sitesThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet)Working ConditionsIn general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.
