Project Manager

Project Manager (Enterprise Banking Initiatives)Leads strategic projects and initiatives across multiple business units to ensure successful delivery of business objectives. Works closely with executives, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, communications, and implementation activities while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and closureDevelop and maintain project charters, plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plansFacilitate meetings and drive collaboration among business units, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, business leaders, and subject matter expertsCommunicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadershipIdentify, document, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependenciesCoordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectivesSupport testing, training, communication, and business readiness activities associated with project implementationsEnsure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation requirementsPartner with internal and external vendors to coordinate project deliverables and implementation activitiesEnsure projects comply with applicable regulatory, risk, audit, and operational requirements5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives5+ years of experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or a closely related industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organizationExperience developing and managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and executive reportingStrong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fieldExperience managing technology implementations, operational initiatives, or vendor-supported projectsPMP, CAPM, Business Analysis, Agile, or related certificationExperience presenting to and working with executive leadershipDemonstrated AI fluency with the ability to think critically alongside AI assistants, leveraging AI-generated insights to accelerate problem-solving, improving decision quality, and delivering measurable productivity and business outcomes.FirstBank does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies and staffing firms.
