Project Manager-Level 4 - Lead (15+ Years)

Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing project deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution across multiple workstreams. This role requires experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to track project health, performance metrics, risks, and milestones.

The candidate should also have experience using AI tools to improve project reporting, workflow efficiency, documentation, and decision support. A successful candidate will bring strong communication, data literacy, change management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in agile or hybrid project environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and deliveryManage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverablesTrack risks, issues, and action items, and drive timely resolutionCreate and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to provide visibility into project status and performanceUse AI tools to streamline reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, status tracking, and workflow efficiencyAnalyze project data and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvementSupport project governance, change management, and communication with leadership and key stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered with quality, accountability, and operational efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of project management experience managing deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional teamsProven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentExperience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting toolsExperience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and project workflowsStrong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communicationStrong data literacy, including KPI tracking, dashboard interpretation, and data-driven decision-makingFamiliarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, privacy, and human oversight in business workflowsExperience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environmentsStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to lead change, adapt to new technologies, and drive process improvementPreferred Qualifications:PMP certification preferredSix Sigma certification preferredExperience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformationExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platformsEEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
