Project Manager – Legal & Compliance

Seeking Technical Consultants in O'Fallon, MO

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead core operational workflows, drive efficiency, and strengthen risk mitigation. You’ll set strategy, track performance, and partner with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional teams to address emerging risks and improve operational maturity.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize legal & compliance workflows, setting goals and measuring performance.


• Build and enhance processes, systems, and reporting for efficient operations.


• Anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.


• Drive upstream, product-driven solutions to scale compliance processes.


• Communicate persuasively with leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in project/program management; 10+ years total relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or related fields.


• Proven experience in legal, public policy, or regulatory operations.


• Strong critical thinking, data-driven problem-solving, and risk-management skills.


• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
