This role is centered on client leadership, team development, and advancing complex site development projects from vision to reality. You'll partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions, deepen client relationships, and help expand our land development presence in the region.ResponsibilitiesLead design and project management for land development projects, including site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement supportCoordinate agency approvals, permitting, technical studies, and consultant teams to ensure efficient project executionManage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communications from concept through constructionLeverage internal resources and build a local consultant network to support scalable land development deliveryChampion quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in land development engineering practicesMentor junior staff and provide technical and professional leadership to grow a high-performing local teamPromote the firm's full range of services and actively cross-sell to land development, private, and public-sector clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with developers, municipalities, and business partners to increase regional visibility and market presence
