Project Manager – Land DevelopmentA growing civil engineering consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to oversee land development projects throughout the Phoenix and Mesa markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients, and playing a visible role in the continued growth of a high-performing regional team.You'll be responsible for managing projects from early planning and design through construction support, while balancing technical execution, client communication, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead land development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sitesManage design coordination, permitting, and construction-phase supportServe as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholdersDirect internal project teams, manage schedules, and maintain project profitabilityMentor junior engineers and support the development of future leadersContribute to business development and long-term firm growth initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred7–10+ years of experience in land development project deliveryProven ability to manage clients, schedules, and budgets simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ranging from $130K–$160K, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package and long-term advancement opportunities.This position offers a chance to lead impactful land development work while building strong client relationships and shaping the growth of a respected engineering practice.
