Project ManagerMartin Concrete Construction is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading complex concrete projects, and takes pride in delivering high quality work on time and on budget.As a Project Manager, you will oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and leadership. You will play a key role in planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution, making sure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.This position is based in Ladson, SC; however, based on project and contractual needs, the role may require full-time assignment at job sites, along with travel as required.What You'll DoManage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutWork full-time from assigned job sites as needed, coordinating closely with field teams, clients, and leadershipCreate and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plansReview project labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budgets are maintainedOversee project productivity, cost control, quality, and safety in line with company policiesCoordinate with operations teams on formwork, logistics, schedules, and budgetsCommunicate regularly with clients to ensure plans, schedules, and expectations are alignedManage material buyouts and ensure timely delivery to jobsitesPrepare and issue change orders, proposals, RFPs, budgets, and preliminary schedulesTrack project progress, quality of work, and overall performanceAttend client and internal meetings and assist with project requirement planningMaintain contract execution logs and manage change notices and documentationEnsure all required project closeout documents are completedShare lessons learned and contribute ideas to improve company processesKeep executive management informed of project status and potential issuesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of direct experience in commercial concrete constructionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methodsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsAbility to identify and resolve complex construction challengesProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlinesWillingness to travel to jobsites as neededPreferred ExperienceOSHA CertificationBilingual English SpanishExperience with AutoCAD or TeklaWhy Join Martin Concrete Construction?At Martin Concrete Construction, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
