Project Manager TechnicianHolly Ridge, Louisiana Direct Hire Jun 23, 2026Job Title: Project Manager-Full Time TravelPay: $120,000-130,000K per year. Location: Monroe, LAOur client is a proven leader in the communications industry, offering a professional level of cabling expertise to their partners. Having been around for over twenty years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry.Position Summary: The Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.

This role is responsible for managing project teams, resources, financial performance, customer relationships, and overall project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage project teams, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.Coordinate staffing, workload distribution, and project schedules to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.Monitor project progress, installation activities, and deliverables from kickoff through completion.Manage project budgets, costs, invoicing, collections, and profitability targets.Review job cost reports and financial data for accuracy and completeness.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong client relationships.Support and participate in project bidding and proposal activities.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project performance.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.5+ years of management or supervisory experience.5+ years of experience in telecommunications, construction, or a related technical field.Experience working directly with customers and serving as a client liaison.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience defining project scope, developing work plans, and leading projects through completion.Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.Familiarity with telecommunications installation tools and testing equipment is preferred.Interview Process Candidates will participate in a Teams interview prior to client submission.About Us:At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
