You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a passion to learn and a desire to be an integral part of a dynamic and creative team.ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate key client projects in partnership with Agency Account Managers, subject-matter experts (like creatives, web developers, researchers, data scientists and social media strategists) and senior leadershipCreate and manage detailed project plans and budgetsEnsure work is completed on time, within budget and meets client expectationsDemonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skillsLead with initiative-taking thinking and communication with team and clients (as needed)Establish project communication plans and define project rolesAssess and document project needs, discovery, deadline setting, task assignments and stakeholder updatesPrepare timely, concise, accurate, user-friendly project reports for internal teams, senior leadership, and clientsMaintain awareness of team member bandwidth and/or constraints as well as skill sets and expertiseManage resource allocation across projects and departmentsImmediately and effectively address any issues that may hinder on-time, on-budget delivery of best-in-class productCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution on multiple projectsManage changes to project scope, schedule and/or costsReport issues as appropriate to senior leadership or internal project teamCreate and maintain detailed notes on client interactions, expectations, feedback, and timingLead internal and client meetings, craft meeting agendasSet and manage expectations among the project teamCommit to ongoing learning to ensure proficiencyContribute to the establishment of project management as a discipline within the organization – help to define processes and systems that maximize the team's output and efficiency.Requirements1-3 years Project Management experience, preferably in technology, PR, or marketingBachelor's degree in PR, marketing, advertising, English, journalism, communications, or a related fieldExperience in planning, directing, and coordinating projects and teamsAbility to build strong working relationships across multiple functions/rolesStrong analytical and decision-making skillsComfortable working productively with limited guidanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable interfacing directly with clients as neededStrong people skills and ease with working in a 100% remote/hybrid environmentDetail-focused analytical personProficient in project management best practices, preferably PMP certified or other on-platform certificationsHighly proficient in applicable PM tools and systems (i.e., Teams, Jira, Google Drive, Excel, and other productivity tools)Agency experience requiredLocationFlexible/Remote, with occasional in-person work for content capture or team collaboration depending on campaign needs.Hahn's MissionAt Hahn, we don't just tell stories, we build belief.
