Supports technical sales activities as needed based on workload and gains exposure to broader project management responsibilities within complex industrial equipment environments.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage capital equipment projects through full lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closeoutDirect project execution activities to ensure delivery on schedule, within scope, and within budgetCoordinate installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing activities with internal teams and customersLead project coordination meetings and maintain action logs with clear follow-up on deliverablesManage issue resolution between internal engineering, factory, service teams, and external customersMaintain consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycleSupport project closeout activities and ensure proper hand-off to service/support teamsPrepare and present project updates including cost, schedule, risk, and performance reportingCoordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and third-party labor as neededParticipate in customer and internal strategy meetings representing project execution functionProvide technical support during pre-sale phases including layout review, feasibility input, and equipment configuration supportEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) or related technical fieldEquivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience may be consideredPMP certification preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities5+ years of experience in project management within capital equipment, manufacturing, or food processing environmentsStrong understanding of industrial equipment systems (slicing, packaging, or similar processing systems preferred)Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, leadership, and customer-facing skillsAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system documentationProficiency with MS Office; experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks or equivalent) preferredExperience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, or similar) preferredStrong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detailOther RequirementsValid driver's license required (TSA-compliant ID or Real ID preferred)Valid passport or ability to obtain one requiredAbility to travel frequently within North America with occasional international travel
