DescriptionA client with Kforce is seeking a Project Manager IV to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This role is hybrid - onsite 3 days a week.Responsibilities:* Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio (e.g., Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, Workforce Solutions), coordinating engineering, product, and design partners* Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence, risks, and trajectory against committed goals* Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers* Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs, dashboards, status updates) for leadership visibility* Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignmentRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)* 6+ years in technical program/project management* Ability to work independently with abiguity, and come up to speed quickly* Strong technical fluency - able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer* Rigorous execution: structured planning, risk management, and follow-through under ambiguity* Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership* Track record of scaling process or re-usable frameworks* Experience with tools like Jira, Dragonboat, Slack, and Betterworks (or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks)* Fintech knowledge is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation86 - $96
