Job OpportunityRole is a blend of a test manager and project manager.Project Manager with expertise in testing and system deploymentDevelop, review, and evaluate test strategy and planning - adjusting as needed to changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedulesPrimary point of contact for testingOversee all aspects of testing - test scripts, test plans, etc are written, execute timely, and results are reviewed with project TeamsCoordinate resources.Partner with Digital Technology, Quality Assurance, SMEs, and 3rd party to enhance testing processes and manage testing cycles covering SIT, ETE, performance, regression, UAT, etc.Develop testing schedule and set deadlines to ensure testing completed as plannedGather, interpret, and present testing metricsTrack deliverables and create/update documentation in TeamsPlan and execute deployment planningIdentify and manage dependencies and critical path tasksProactively manage risks, issues, and conflictsPerform other related duties as assignedStrong background in software testing management with at least 8 years of experience as a Test Manager and 6 years as project managerKnowledge and experience in test automation/test automation toolsStrong understanding of quality metrics and excellent reporting skillsAttention to detail with strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven ability in building effective partnerships with diverse groups in multiple locations/environmentsDegree in Business Management or other related disciplineThis position may be offered to a candidate authorized to work in the US for his/her/their stated employer, without any restrictions which would prevent the candidate from working on the proposed assignment for the duration of the assignment period.
