Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate IT projects with scope, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and client communication.
* Drive onboarding, Microsoft 365, endpoint, network, firewall, backup, office move, and lifecycle workstreams.
* Keep engineers, vendors, clients, and account teams aligned on next actions.
* Document project decisions, change windows, risks, and completion evidence.
* Escalate timeline, budget, access, and standards risks early.
Must-have qualifications
* IT project coordination or project management experience.
* Ability to manage dependencies across clients, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
* Strong written status updates and meeting discipline.
* Understanding of MSP services, Microsoft 365, network, endpoint, and backup project realities.
