IT Project ManagerLocation: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid) / Open to Remote as wellDuration: 6 months (possible extension)Note:Hybrid Preferred; Fully Remote availableThis position needs a very strong PM with experience in VMS RFPs.Must Have Skills:7 to 10 plus Years of IT project management experienceDemonstrated proficiency in overseeing system-related Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, ideally within the realm of contingent workforce Vendor Management Systems (VMS)Job Description:Targeted Years of Experience: 7 to 10 plus yearsClient’s Global Contingent Workforce Solutions team is looking for a Project Manager to join the team as client continually look to evolve the Global Contingent Workforce Solutions Program and further integrate contingent worker management into client’s overall Talent Acquisition strategy and operations.This opportunity is right for the person that has a passion for program/project management, a desire for strong collaboration, and a drive that pushes them to be a self-starter and process improver.Responsibilities:Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for implementing a new contingent worker Vendor Management System (VMS) tool.Collaborate closely with Sourcing, IT and other stakeholders to secure consensus and effectively capture necessary requirements.Oversee the transformation of the contingent worker time reporting solution.Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, agreement on timeline and costs, and timely completion of the implementation process.Serve as the PMO for IT or compliance related projects that arise related to the VMS toolDesired Skills:Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completionUnderstanding of IT systems, software development life cycles, and familiarity with HR, VMS, and procurement technologiesStrong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders, team members, and client effectivelyCapability to address issues that arise during the project and find suitable solutions promptlyAbility to adapt to changes, pivot strategies if needed, and remain flexible in dynamic project environmentsEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT, business, or project management field desired
